PACK-OUT

On-site inventory + pack-out

We photograph and barcode every item before it leaves your home, with line-item documentation for your insurance carrier.

STORAGE

Climate-controlled storage

Secure, monitored, and temperature- and humidity-controlled. Your belongings stay safe while restoration is underway — typically 2–12 weeks.

CLEANING

Content cleaning + deodorization

Off-site cleaning facility with ultrasonic, hand-wash, and dry-cleaning lines. Hydroxyl and ozone treatment for smoke and odor.

TEXTILES

Textile + soft-goods restoration

Clothing, bedding, curtains, rugs. Cleaned, deodorized, and bagged. Returned ready to use, not just ready to wash again.

ELECTRONICS

Electronics + media

Photos, hard drives, computers, and audio equipment. Careful cleaning to avoid further damage — we partner with specialists for water-affected electronics.

PACK-BACK

Pack-back to original location

Items return to the same room and position they came from, per the inventory photos. Set up, unpacked, and walked through with you.

Walkthrough We tour the property with you and identify what stays vs. what packs out.

Inventory Every item photographed, tagged, and added to a digital manifest you can review online.

Pack-out Soft pack for fragile items, climate-stable crates for everything else. Loaded and inventoried at the truck.

Storage + cleaning Items arrive at our climate-controlled facility. Cleanable items go through the appropriate cleaning line.

Pack-back Once restoration is complete, items return to their original room and position, unpacked and set up.

Questions DFW homeowners ask most.

Will my insurance cover pack-out and storage?

In most cases, yes — if the damage itself is a covered loss. Contents handling is typically included under your personal property coverage. We bill your carrier directly when possible and provide full documentation either way.

What if something breaks during pack-out?

We document every item with photos before it moves. If something is damaged during our pack-out or storage, it's on us — we cover repair or replacement under our workmanship policy. That said, in 12 years and thousands of packs, it almost never happens.

How long can my belongings stay in storage?

As long as the restoration takes. Typical jobs are 2–8 weeks. For larger fire or flood losses, we've held contents up to 6 months. There's no daily storage fee tacked on — it's included in the pack-out scope when covered by insurance.

Can I visit my belongings in storage?

Yes. Schedule with our content manager and we'll meet you at the facility. We can also retrieve specific items (medications, important documents, a specific outfit for a wedding) on short notice.

What can't be cleaned?

Heavily smoke-charred items, mold-saturated upholstery, and water-damaged particleboard furniture are usually unrecoverable. We document everything as either "cleanable," "questionable," or "non-restorable" and you make the final call on what to keep trying.

Can I do partial pack-out?

Yes. Sometimes only a few rooms are affected. We pack out only what needs to leave and tarp / cover the rest in place. Whatever you want.
