· What we handle ·

The full scope, in plain language.

No restoration jargon. Here's what's actually included, and what you can expect at each stage.

CATEGORY 1

Clean-water leaks

Supply lines, ice makers, dishwashers, water heaters. Extracted, dried, restored — no contamination protocol needed.

CATEGORY 2

Gray-water damage

Washing machines, toilet overflows (urine, no solids), aquariums. Requires sanitization in addition to extraction.

CATEGORY 3

Black-water damage

Sewage backup, flood water, prolonged saturation. Full containment, PPE, antimicrobial treatment, often demolition of affected materials.

HIDDEN

Slow leaks behind walls

Found by thermal imaging or musty smell. Often the trickiest — we map moisture before we open any wall.

STORM

Roof + window leaks

Common after DFW hail and wind. We tarp, extract, dry, and coordinate with your roofer if needed.

PIPE BURST

Frozen pipe damage

When DFW gets a hard freeze, we get hundreds of calls. We prioritize active leaks first, document for insurance second.

· FAQ ·

Questions DFW homeowners ask most.

How fast can you get to me?
For DFW emergencies, our crews average under 60 minutes. We have teams dispatched from our Plano and Southlake offices, which keeps coverage tight across the metroplex even at 3 AM.
Will my insurance cover water damage restoration?
Most homeowner policies cover sudden and accidental water damage (burst pipes, appliance failures). They typically don't cover gradual leaks or flood (which is a separate flood policy). We document everything and bill your carrier directly when possible.
How long does drying take?
Typical structural drying is 3–5 days, depending on how much water there was, how long it sat, and what materials are involved. Hardwood and plaster take longer than drywall. We take daily moisture readings — when they read dry, we're done.
Do I need to leave the house?
Usually no. Drying equipment is loud but localized. If your bedroom or kitchen is affected, we'll talk through options with you on the first visit.
What if I find more damage later?
Tell us. Our work is documented and warrantied. If something we missed surfaces later — call. We come back.
